I just wanted to let you have some positive feedback regarding my first experience of dealing with your company. First of all, I had already tried unsuccessfully to get my picture printed onto canvas with another very large well known global company (Kodak!); this was a dismal failure as they couldn’t offer any of the various ‘wrap’ options that you provide, were difficult to communicate with and their website poor for ordering canvas prints; they were also very expensive when postage was added. When I found you via a ‘Google’ search, I was pleased to see a UK phone number where I could call for some pre-sales advice and having got the confirmation I needed from one of your colleagues I was able to upload my picture, easily select my required options and place my order. I was delighted to receive your email on Tuesday advising of dispatch and to receive my canvas yesterday. So I just wanted to say; fantastic service and thanks very much. This is the first time I’ve ordered a canvas print, but will definitely recommend you to friends, family and work colleagues.

I was very pleased with the prints, not least because I could select the exact sizes. The one negative thing for me was that they came with two hanging points instead of one.This means that I can't hang them on my pins that I already have on my wall, and it means I have to be very accurate to get the two new pins in the wall level, whilst with one pin I could adjust easily.

I selected the Canvas Print Studio after researching about 30 other canvas printers and they were the first to meet my picky photo colour management needs (ensuring what you see on your own monitor looks like the finished print).
