2. COPYRIGHT
Please make sure you have the right to reproduce the picture you are supplying to us into canvas print.

3. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To fulfill your order we need to collect some personal information from you in order to print your photos on canvas. This will include your name, address and contact details. We need this information to fulfill your order and/or contact you if there are any problems. None of this information is passed onto third party with exempt for delivery arrangemnent. Our servers automatically for security/statistical/marketing purposes record the information about your IP address, geographical information, your browser/operating system type.

4. PAYMENTS
All of the payments are processed by PAYPAL. We do not see or store your credit/payment details. If you need any addtional information regarding their policies, please refer to www.paypal.com.

5. DELIVERIES
We aim to despatch your finished canvas prints within 3-5 working days after your pdf approval. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery/Parcel Force service.

6. RETURNS
We would like you to enjoy your canvas print. Full refund will be issued or replacement sent if

goods are damaged in transport,
items are lost in the post
the product is not to your taste up to 14 days from receipt.

7. CHANGES TO THIS TERMS
From time to time this terms & conditions maybe updated to provide better canvas photo printing service. Please check this page from time to time to make sure you are aware of any changes. Any changes take effect from the time when they are published on this page.
